Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AlmostHer, Paul Vondenffer, Augustenstraße 21, 87629 Füssen, Germany, email: paulvondenffer@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Items must be returned:

unused and unworn

in original condition

with original packaging and tags
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
