Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to operational circumstances.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks within the European Union.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures (where applicable), or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

AlmostHer is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

We will provide you with further instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
